                   <description>I very much like some products made by the FranklinCovey people (and appreciate the espoused principles behind them), but sometimes the company's approach to doing business just baffles me to no end. 
Latest case in point. On its web site, the company has a place for users to submit product suggestions (a page on&nbsp;which one lands after clicking a link in a FranklinCovey software product).
